– Corespun thread that couples the high tenacity of a polyester filament core with a cotton wrap, delivering the sewing performance of a continuous filament thread, yet providing the appearance of cotton.
– Polished through a specially engineered process using a customised formulation to ensure that the fibres are held together during tough sewing operations, resulting in strong seams.
– Cotton wrap protects the polyester core from needle heat generated during high-speed sewing, thus preserving the thread’s strength.
– In wet, outdoor conditions, cotton wrap absorbs the water and swells to fill the needle holes completely to prevent leakage.
– Controlled stretch characteristics yield excellent sewability with tight, firm stitches on multiple leather surfaces.

The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any defects, shortages, damage, or mismatches within 10 days. The company must be given a reasonable chance to inspect any allegedly defective goods. If no notice is given within the timeframe, the goods are considered accepted and free from defects. If the company agrees the goods are defective, it may choose to repair or replace them.

Returns are only accepted if the company approves them in writing, the goods are returned within 7 days at the customer’s expense, and the goods are unused, properly stored, and returned in near-new condition with original packaging and materials.

The company will not accept returns for customised goods, cut textile products, altered or tampered goods, indent goods, or goods that were improperly stored or handled by the customer.

The company may charge a handling fee of 20% of the returned goods’ value (or $100 minimum) and/or return freight costs if the return is due to the customer’s fault or omission.
