Important Note on Fire Retardancy:CLEARVIEW is not fire-retardant (Non F/R). If your project requires an F/R certified clear PVC, please refer to our Genclear range.

These instructions will maintain the appearance and extend the functional life of the fabric:
• Unsupported PVC Clear and Opaque (tent windows, drop curtains)
PROHIBITIONS/WARNINGS
• Do not dryclean
• Do not iron
• Do not use a stiff brush, vigorous rubbing or tumble drying
• Do not use abrasive cleaners
• Keep away from solvents such as petrol, acetone or similar which may attack PVC
GENERAL CARE INSTRUCTION
Vacuum regularly using low suction to remove loose dirt.
Clean regularly with hot or warm soapy water and a soft brush
SPOT CLEANING/SPECIAL TREATMENTS
Treat stains as soon as possible. Test on an inconspicuous area first before proceeding. Mildew may be removed by wiping with a cold solution of sodium hypochlorite having 4% chlorine, in the proportion of 1 part to 4 of water.
Rinse thoroughly with cold water. Grease spots may be removed carefully by rubbing lightly with a soft cloth and some ethanol (ethyl alcohol). Scuffs and/or scratches can be removed by polishing with a special compound recommended by the manufacturer.
The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any defects, shortages, damage, or mismatches within 10 days. The company must be given a reasonable chance to inspect any allegedly defective goods. If no notice is given within the timeframe, the goods are considered accepted and free from defects. If the company agrees the goods are defective, it may choose to repair or replace them.
Returns are only accepted if the company approves them in writing, the goods are returned within 7 days at the customer’s expense, and the goods are unused, properly stored, and returned in near-new condition with original packaging and materials.
The company will not accept returns for customised goods, cut textile products, altered or tampered goods, indent goods, or goods that were improperly stored or handled by the customer.
The company may charge a handling fee of 20% of the returned goods’ value (or $100 minimum) and/or return freight costs if the return is due to the customer’s fault or omission.
